Yes. If you've already purchased a domain name, e.g. mydomain.com, we'll transfer it and redirect to the correct server. To transfer a domain you'll only need access to its owner's e-mail, where an authorization password is sent.
Yes. After creating an account, the service is completely free for 30 days.
The contract is concluded for a period of one year. One month before the end of this period you‘ll be sent an offer to extend the contractual relationship along with an invoice. The validity of the contract is automatically extended after payment for another period of one year.
If you do not wish to continue using our services, send us a service termination request not later than 1 month before the end of the contract period. More information is available in General terms and conditions.
